Ann Mason Phillips is the founder and stylist behind Dressed By AMP, a personal styling studio based in Charlotte, North Carolina, working with clients both in person and virtually nationwide.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Textile Design, Ann Mason developed an early foundation in color, material, proportion, and visual storytelling. Following graduation, she built her experience across the fashion industry, from corporate fashion in New York City to luxury retail in Dallas and Charlotte. These experiences shaped her discerning eye and her belief that exceptional style begins with understanding the person behind it.

Ann Mason founded Dressed By AMP to bring a more thoughtful, highly personalized approach to getting dressed. Inspired in part by her own bridal experience, she recognized an opportunity to consider not simply what someone wears, but how each look contributes to a larger visual story.

Today, she styles clients across bridal, events, personal branding, photoshoots, and appearances. Whether developing a wardrobe for a wedding weekend, an important event, a brand shoot, or an on-camera appearance, she considers the full picture, from setting and purpose to proportion, color, and the smallest finishing detail.

Her approach is editorial yet personal, balancing a distinct fashion point of view with an understanding of how each client wants to look, feel, and be seen. The result is styling that feels elevated and intentional without ever feeling overly styled.
